Rest Space Level 3 Maximum Energy Reserve?
What does this do? I had assumed that it added 10 on to my max energy ie, eating food would cap out at 110 instead of 100, but after building the level 3 Rest Area I'm still capped at 100. If it's not that then what does it do?
