permanently fatigued?
i just noticed doing nearly anything (i rarely sprint out of combat)
makes me get a permanent fatigue debuff, and even being prone/crouched still does nothing to restore it

it happens like 2-5 minutes into a raid then i just seem to black out and the game is over

i'm still not level 10 so my character is freshly recovered when i start the game but i still just get that debuff and only eating candy/drinking juice seems to temporarily remove it.

it just feels like being punished for doing anything, or nothing either way.

am i missing something?

have you got no hydration or are out of energy or something?

i usually have no problem finding water and such in raids so i don't carry any, i have ran once into being dehydrated but it didn't last long because i had water.
the debuff almost feels like something out of the blue.
As Timbermaw said, you being out of energy seems the most likely explanation. If you wait long enough in hideout with your pmc, both energy and hydration will regenerate on their own, but especially in the beginning with no hideout upgrades this takes quite some time. Better you eat and drink something to restore both values to full before going into raid. And when you are in a raid an come across something edible, just stuff it in your face immediatly if it isn't worth carrying out of raid.

does energy not restore after healing in the end of raid screen? not level 10 yet so it's free for me.
Nope, healing just takes care of hp loss and injuries. Energy and hydration are not connected to that.

Look at your characters energy and hydration where you can see your loadout. hydration is the blue water drop and energy is the lightning bolt. If they aren't 100% bring food and water into raid with you and eat them right when you spawn in. Also carry some extra for later in the raid. Each water/food item tells you how much it restores if you look at their details.

u can eat and drink from ur inventory, so u can either buy some to replnish yourself or just wait till it fills over time
The devs: it is a simple system with a clear display of the values. The player will understand.

The player: My energy bar is at zero and now my character acts like he has no energy. Why this happen?

energy bar was full...
never ran further than like 5 meters from one cover to another.

I assume you mean the stamina bar. This one would not regenerate if you are out of energy/hydration/heavily overloaded.

i could swear mine was regenerating.
but yeah in that case for one i could not find the exhaustion bar.
It will regenerate as long as you still have hydration and energy. Since you are always atleast a few minutes in your hideout between raids those will naturally regenerate a little bit. Then you enter a new raid without having them filled up again, make it a few minutes before running dry and then you die. This explanation perfectly fits your description.

So what everyone told you, should fix your problem. Eat and drink before starting a new raid so both energy and hydration are at or close to 100%.
stop being overweight looting everything. just like real life, you should only carry a max of half your max KG (ie: 80kg = 40kg).

in addition, hydrate, heal up using a grizzly, etc.

energy and hydration is consumed when sprinting and/or carrying heavy.

in other words, you need to learn the game more. check out the Pestily's raid intro guide.
