What is Super Man Or Monster?
Super Man Or Monster is an exciting new 3D third person action game. The player chooses if he or she wants to fight as a MAN to save the world, or as a MONSTER to destroy it! As a man, it’s a great mix between a shooter and an RTS game: Build your army. Blast monsters and fly around with your jetpack. Kick♥♥♥♥♥ As a Monster, it’s a bash, stomp and beat ’em up: Wreck the city. Bring chaos. Let your inner monster roam free.


What are the differences between SMOM and the original Man Or Monster?
The original Man Or Monster is a Unity browser game we developed for Miniclip.com. We’re now taking the development to the next level by adding all super 16 bit retro stuff we didn’t have time for. At this moment we have lots of new content, controller supports, controllable units, customization and a pretty awesome splitscreen mode! Besides all the fancy fullscreen effects we can now do!


Will the game be free?
No. It will probably cost around $12,99.


When will the game be released?
31 October 2017! That's pretty soon already!


Will the game come to platform x?
Only for PC at this moment, but we certainly won't rule out a future Mac and Linux build. And maybe even a console release next year, but there are no actual plans for that.


Can I try the game already?
If you happen to be somewhere we are showing and testing the game: absolutely. If we're going to an event, we'll definitely post it here on this very site. If you are a press or youtube person, you can apply for a key here: dodistribute.com/access/qbRa09z5IJ/


Will the game come to early access?
Nope.


Is feature X in the game?
You can see the features we thought were worth mentioning on the store page. And the features that have not made it here (insert future blogpost link here ;) ).


Will there be online multiplayer?
Unfortunately, no. But we will have local splitscreen multiplayer.

Can you disable screenshake?
Not at this moment. We're putting it on the list for the first big update.


In splitscreen, can you play 2 Man vs Monster, or multiple Monsters etc?
Just Man vs Monster now. It turned out to be too difficult to have more options. Maybe in a future update, but no guarantees.

Hi Godzilla8! Not sure which monster you mean. There will most likely not be any new monsters or updates :(. Unless we can get some sort of funding for a console version. Which we still haven't succeeded in. Sorry!

Hi! It was a demo we made for conferences. We tried to attract a publisher or investor but it never worked out. It turned out that the VR part did not really fit with all the gameplay ideas we had so we canned the idea.
