There is also couple of scenes that need good timing, but they do not punish you for failing but might be an obstacle for you. I'm not sure how the windmill scene in Tentacle is that you mention so can't compare.
Some of these events happen fairly early so I would suggest you buy the game and refund within the 2 hour limit if it doesn't feel completable for you
Honestly I just played the first 30 mins or so of this game; the initial escape has a number of timed sequences; as does the rest of the castle i've seen thus far. If you are trying to avoid timed puzzles, you may wish to stick to something else. This game is rather simple and well made, but it is closer to sierra aventure games than lucasarts in terms of how often your character gets a game over.
These sequences aren't impossible mind, and as the other commenters said they will often loop you over and over and over until you are done. But I did have a hard time myself with some of the timings I hit,
