Framerate issues

Ranges from 10-45 before settling down to 30 especially when moving between areas or performing actions. I have a decent PC so that shouldn't be an issue and the game is on an NVMe SSD. Is there any way to lock it to 30 properly?

Yes i have also low frames with a good PC.

I was never able to fix it. It was a tad bit annoying but I finished the game.

Unfortunately, I don't think there is a fix to this since the game locks the frame to make sure all the animations goes as designed (or let's say there were only 24 hand-made pictures are prepared in one second, if the frames get locked to 24 fps).
However, I finished this game with such low fps and still feel this is a wonderful game. I love this game.
