Please tell me some people will keep playing MWR/ H

I get that H2M getting shut down is a load of BS, but for the love of God, does everybody need to just abandon MWR? Everybody's been playing it and having a great time leading up to launch, and now everybody's acting like they're just gonna walk away act like its ♥♥♥♥. The H1 Mod is still up. There's been such a massive influx of players, is nobody gonna stick around and keep playing?

I love this game to death, MWR is my fav. I got it with back when it launched bundled only, and played a bunch on PC back then. The population died off fast for PC, mainly because it was bundle only, but also due to some bugs. When it released standalone on consoles, it had great reception and a great player base. But so many people have it on PC now, and fixing those small issues to make it get it set up is really easy, and the game runs great. I hope some people are going to stay after the influx….. I get it if the population dies off because everybody gets a refund though. :(

Honestly, I'm not gonna stick around, if I already owned it, I woulda kept it, but they just made money off me because I bought it for H2M. So I refunded it, it sucks but I think a lot of people are going to do the same. I own MWR on Xbox too so if I ever want to play it, I'll play on that.

Yeah I feel, I own it on this and Xbox. 8 prestiges on PC from back when, and like 3 or 4 on Xbox. I still play the xbox copy, its populated enough for decently consistent TDM matches, but thats it. OG CoD4 on 360 is lively too…… But I wish I could play on Steam.

I just wish the people who played MWR on PC before this (cant refund) stick around… I love my Arctic Wolf Camo

Yeah I am going to start playing that then. MWR is my love. How is the community? Does it have offline private match support? Also, do you know how to get it running on Steam Deck? I got it on my PC, but want it on Deck too.

This one has been up for so long, and they already knew. They did the cease-and-desist for H2M, but the devs themselves said H1 is fine.

You can play private match, but I don't know if you can run it while offline, you also can host your own server with bots and rank up and finish challenges

As for the community I heard it was kinda dead before the H2 hype, I played like hours ago and they are like 8 full servers. My only complaint is 4/8 servers only plays TDM and disabled airstrike and heli killstreak

As for the steam deck I don't knowbecause I never run a big multiplayer game like cod or modded game on my deck.

Damn, ok, well thanks bro. Hope some people return. If not I guess I will just go back to my Xbox account 😭😭😭 at least CoD4 360 is lively and easy to matchmake in
