Huge Problems in Modern Warfare Remastered

This game pissed me off. One problem goes away, then a new one comes.

My first problem was that the game freezes the moment I opened it. Then I solved it by turning off shader cache in Settings. I heard it's an issue with RTX graphics cards. Anyway, that doesn't matter.

The problem I'm dealing with now is the meaningless low FPS. The game looks awful and works like it's on a toaster. I know that the RTX3060 Laptop GPU is not the most powerful graphics card in the world, but the FPS should not be between 10-15.

Of course, apart from these performance problems, there is also the problem of not being able to connect to Online Services. It connects from time to time. We already have a ridiculous FPS problem on it.

Has anyone had it and solved it? What are your suggestions?
