Arcade mode does not activated

Hello dear COD community!

I finished the game on the hardest level and also collected the intels. The cheats are activated but the arcade mode is still deatctivated. I would really happy about any advise that can help me.

It should be unlocked once you've played through to the end of the campaign, which is odd.

Thank you for reaching out Mad Coyote. As before mentioned i completed every mission and intels. Cheats have been unlocked but the arcade mode is still not to see. Any advise?

In my case, I have no idea because Arcademode was unlocked after I finished the last hijacked chapter.
Can't I unlock it by redoing the last chapter?

i completed the whole campaign again but still nothing. I contacted also the the activision support team. I will give update in case they answer to my ticket.
