While it would be amazing to have offline play, it would also be amazing if they can fix this game breaking bug that technically could lead to a big problem if they don't fix it, I'm just surprised no one else thought about how this can legally be taken to court and sue them for selling a product that may or may not work on your PC because of a game engine bug? It supposed to work without my intervention or needing to make it work difference if this was outdated game for outdated hardware that is no longer supported but it isn't.
But, yeah. I did test the online multiplayer on several occasions with no games to be found. Not that I actually want to play PvP, but the progression system leaves me no choice. Just really annoys me that there is no offline progression equal to that of online.
I don't care about cosmetics, but there are quite a few weapons locked away, never to see the light of day.
Good luck with error 12! I tried to look it up, but there are quite a few "solutions" that work for some and not for others. It's a real mess.
cant wait until this game gets its own x labs treatment
shader preload i think was my issue with the game. i had to turn it off to allow killcams to be shown without crashing the game,. i complained for 3 days before doing my 'fix' to figure my issue out
main issue for this game is the fps lock and the weapons not being unlocked in offline modes
Basically, they have the map pack DLC for this game. Now if they actually made offline progression for bot matches, I would have bought that DLC. So, they have an option from their business perspective.
Is the effort to make offline play progression THAT much work? Maybe if they showed some good will towards their customers, more people would be willing to buy the older titles.
But, yes. They've probably abandoned this game and moved on to what's shiny, new and brings in the truck loads of money. I still think it's better to ask than to say nothing at all, though.
This would atleast make it a bit better
