How can I get a refund

I have 6 hours on Call of Duty 4 RM and wanted to go download and try out CoD: IW and i hated it so now i want a refund. Is there a way to do that?

You would think this time around, that Activision would do the right thing and offer refunds to anyone who wants it including retail purchases of the game.
I take it that it is only PC that is having these issues so only a small portion to pay back for what they have received from console sales.
The 2 hour cut off time for digi copy is rediculous as well. Most people have probably spent more time than that hanging in the lobbies waiting for a game to start.

Have tried to get a refund eight times because of this garbage game that's dead already. No success so far.

i paid 80 bucks for it and realized fairly quickly after playing several matches. All the probelems like random lag, no server browser, bugs etc. I refunded after 1.7 hours, i was lucky

Mention the divide between the microsoft store and steam and how you just learned about it and feel cheated because they didn't inform you before the purchase. Steam refunds are case by case the 2hour cut off is not set in stone.

even if you explain that the developer lied about dedicated servers, offered janky and/or broken product, a plethora of crashes from multiple different aspects, hundreds of cheaters due to no vac and no anti cheat system, and overall low satisfactory they wont refund unfortunately. tried 3 times

If this was any other product,as broken as it is we would get a refund or store credit. It's a big time piss take. I bet Donald Trump got his hair from Valve.

yeah it sucks dude cause i was over my 2 hr with just 2 games played it takes soo long in the lobby to find x players then someone leaves timer starts over ect lol.

Interesting. I bought it twice and refunded it twice.
First time was in 43mins of playing and second time it told me 55mins of playtime, although I had like 2.1 hours on record. As I said, I got a refund both times, but perhaps people should read up on steams refund policy before starting a game they're unsure of?
