Bad FPS? Try this...

Set AA to SMAA with no super sampling and turn FOV slider all the way down and now you get 60 FPS if you have around 3.6ghz to 4ghz cpu,GPU with 3GB Vram and 16GB ram.
Shadows are ok but it will help a little to set those low, FOV seems to really screw with FPS.

It is for me cause i have a gtx 1080, so no problems given but if you have a computer that can handle min specs they suggest then you should be ok to some degree.

Also try turning the shader cache off, for me this is the only thing that has made any difference, its not that much better but it reduced my stuttering/lag a fair bit.
