=FIX= OUT OF MEMORY ERROR. YOU ARE PROBABLY LOW ON HARD DISK SPACE(12) =FIX=
After HOURS of not being able to play MWR since that was my main reason to buy IW i finally found a fix to this error.

"OUT OF MEMORY ERROR. YOU ARE PROBABLY LOW ON HARD DISK SPACE(12)"


I KNOW A FIX FINALLY!

1. BOOT PC INTO SAFE MODE VIA MSCONFIG
2. GO ON STEAM AND LAUNCH COD MWR CAMPAIGN AND MULTIPLAYER
3. RESTART PC INTO NORMAL MODE VIA MSCONFIG
4. LAUNCH MWR
5. ENJOY!

Nah that's the stupid way, all you need is a new config file. Put this folder in your game directory and the game will launch. https://www.sendspace.com/file/0q54vs

**THIS** is what worked for me!

Someone on reddit uploaded a config as they said it fixed everything for them, but that didn't work for me. Loading COW MWR in Safe Mode was the only way I was actually able to reach the main menu. Then when I started MWR from Normal Mode after that, it remained working.

all game work, just this game dont work...

it wont work for me! i booted into offline mode and it said that the game isnt ready to be launched offline :(

you NEED to boot windows into safe mode via MSCONFIG FIRST*************

after restart safe mode by msconfig, i try start steam offline mode, start game and DirectX error, game dont start...

Is your DirectX uptodate?

yes, DirectX, driver and windows, up to date... 384gb free... i have re installed game... dont work...

Id recomend deleteing Dx and reinstalling

Long ago... but what safe mode does it set the display res to the very minimum as possible so when the game launches, its forces to use those settings. Once you reboot normally, the save config file keeps the last res settings and launches it as such until you change it yourself.
