Possible to get DLC weapons?

With multiplayer being pretty much dead, is it even possible to get the dlc weapons and use them in private matches? That's all I want to do anyways is just play private matches with all the weapons, but sadly the dlc weapons are locked. I'm assuming once you unlock them you can use them (granted if you're at least level 4) but the problem is that if the online is dead, then the only way to get COD points is through paying for them, which I really don't want to do. And even if I did pay for the cod points and theoretically get the weapons I wanted (God knows how much I would have to spend), the other problem is leveling up to level 4. The game is DEAD and I'm afraid I can't even get to level freaking 4. If anyone else is having this issue as well, please let me know.

You can get another player to play cage match with you. That way you can get depot credits and level up to level 4

*EDIT* COD games are dead on PC, not fps games. Look at insurgency and counter strike. Both are doing just fine. Hell, even the other COD games are doing better than this one. Hmm, I wonder why?

It's because of the horrible optimisation on PC. MWR has a horrible stuttering issue that's happening on pretty much everyone on NVidia GPU's. They never bothered to fix that, so most people left the game immediately.

The Optimization is pretty bad, but I found it to be better in BO3 than in this game, so it may be in part with Sledgehammer and not COD as a whole. I don't know...

Please enlighten me how the MP is NOT dead in this game? Have you actually seen how many people play this game online and have you tried getting a match? If you have, then you wouldn't have made such a dumb comment. Fanboy somewhere else.
