UNPLAYABLE LAG FIX

if you are getting lag from the start of the game or troughout these setting should stop it, if not make it more playable

firstly you want to go to the advanced video settings and scroll down until you see the postprocess options.
here you want to:

DISABLE medium distance ambient occlusion and,
DISABLE subsurface scattering

once these are disabled scroll down to ANTI-ALIASING OPTIONS

DISABLE BOTH post processing anti-aliasing AND supersampling
