MW2 RM Multiplayer, Menu screen delay/stutter or frozen for a few seconds issue

Hi guys I have a issue, this was not present before I just stumbled across it now. When i go into my steam library and click on mw2 remastered multiplayer, the game loads and displays the screen where it says play online on the top left hand corner and in the middle of the screen it displays the title Call Of Duty Modernware 2 Remastered and there is smoke running at the background. Now the issue is soon i open the game the game seems like its frozen for around 45 to 58 seconds. The smoke detail in the background of the game title stops moving and I cant click on anything I just wait the period of 45 to 58 seconds and the game works fine. Its either the game is locking up for a metter of time or there is a delay. Anyone else experiencing that, this issue is with only multiplayer the story mode is fine.

Are you talking about Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare Remastered, there is no Modern Warfare 2 Remastered. If so, can you post your specs as well.

No, this is the MWR Forum, the MW2 Forum is elsewhere. Do you see a number 2 anywhere in the game title?

Of course he means CoD4 Remastered, now whether he's just dumb or trying to wind people up who knows. I have this same problem though, except it freezes for maybe 2 seconds, not a whole minute, though maybe this guy is over reacting. I wouldn't have thought that it's much of an issue however, most likely just the game loading or syncing or whatever. Likely the only fix would be upgrading your hardware to decrease that time.
