I run german windows, so I guessed what the options are called in english :-D
1. So, you reinstall a fresh copy of the game.
2. Afterwards you go to the steamapps/common/call of duty modern warfare remastered and delete the "players2" folder
3. Now you run your computer in safe mode with net settings. If you don't know how to do it, just press windows-key and type "msconfig". Afterwards go to the "start" tab and "select safe mode" and "network".
4. Restart computer in safe mode, run steam and run COD. This took me about 3-5 minutes, but eventually it started.
5. When the game has started, go to options and select "windowed" instead of "fullscreen".
6. Save, exit, start the pc again in normal mode (windows->msconfig->normal start)
7. Start steam, start the game, enjoy
(until you run into the next bug while starting the war pig mission, still trying to figure this one out)
Otherwise refund and play the original game, still the best, even after all these years.
My game starts normally and works but it crashes every time i try to download mission "Charlie Dont Surf", u have any answers to my problem?
Not quite, sorry. I don't have the source here, but try searching in the community hub for the solution for "the bog" bug. There should be a thread solving the most common problems, maybe one can help you.
