How to Remove HUD / Character Names in Single Player?

HUD - especially character names when you aim close to them ruin the immersion for me. I do not know why game developers like to put so much text on the screen, I would like to have as cinematic experience as possible. Is there a way to remove that ugly text on characters? There should be an option to remove it...
