Honestly wtf Activision My brother and I share the same account because he wants to play MWR and Infinite Warfare aswell and they said we get a penalty if we share accounts they are kidding right

Account Sharing

Violations of the enforcement policy that occur on accounts being used by individuals other than the owner are still subject to penalty. Violations of the enforcement policy that occur on accounts borrowing the game from the owner may result in penalties applied to both the borrower’s account and the owner’s account. All users are responsible for the security of their own accounts, and penalties that have been issued are irrevocable and final.

let me add onto this the game barely runs on my PC and this Chritmas im going to visit my brother and he actaully has a gaming PC that can run the game on high settings so what will happen If i play it on on my brothers computer will I get an penalty for account sharing -_-

No, the computer isn't the thing. The Account is it. You cant share an Account.
You can install Steam on his machine with your Steam Account and play.

No, you read it wrong.

Sharing is allowed. Activision only said that if a person made something "bad" like cheating, then games on both accounts can be banned.

If you don't try to "hack" the rules, then you can safely share an account. Activision does not forbid account sharing.
