Went the wrong way
Is anyone else having the same problem as me? On crew expendable, when you have to flee the sinking ship, i follow captain price closely but it stops me at the door before the red corridor, and kills me. Claims i went the wrong way.

Same here, I can't complete that mission because it always kills me at that point.

That happened to me, it would stop me just before the door, and slowly clip me through the metal barrier, then tell me I went the wrong way :tgrin: Just keep trying, took me like 5 goes.

Also had this problem! After about 7 attempts, I finally managed to get past it - by jumping just as the catwalk begins to fall away, after Price shouts "It's breaking away". Seems like you're clipping into the handrail or something, jumping seems to sort it out. Hope this helps anyone with the same issue.

Just started playing this and found this in google and jumping solved it for me, so thanks!

But how the heck is this not patched yet? An inability to complete level 1. :D

This bug is still there today (18/01/2020), I'm guessing this will never get patched.

You just have to jump.
Yes, I was playing yesterday and it still happen. Whole mission could be improved with little thought... But hey, it made them money so there is no point to fix this now.

Thanks! ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ part was pissing me off. There was no indication on the ground that it was missing and I had to jump. Literally could have said "you failed to jump over the grate that was still intact"

In the original version of the game it was much more obvious that the catwalk had broken away, by the time you reached that spot it was a good 18 inches of separation. In the remaster, it doesn't seem to look broken away at all, but you still get the invisible wall there forcing you to deal with it.
Just wanted to revive this dead post and say thanks for explaining the hiccup between the old version and the new. Never had this problem when I played the OG on the console so it was quite confusing. Cheers!
