intel #23 door doesnt open

it's in the title, intel #23 on One Shot, One Kill I've tried 4 times and the door doesn't open waited till the chopper arrived

I got this achievement the other day and this piece of intel was the last one. The best way to get the enemies spawning out from behind the closed door is to go back to the swimming pool area and as you're looking at the building; there's a small alley at the side on the right. Go down there and just wait until enemies start coming straight ahead where the door is around to the right and it should be open.

Seems if you stay by the wheel or close to the door or even looking at the area; the enemies wont come out and the door remains closed but going to the far corner by the pool works.

Thanks that worked, i ran up to where they spawn and then the doors open.
Now I just need Milehigh Veteran x.x
