The 'MarkC Windows 10 + 8.1 + 8 + 7 Mouse Acceleration Fix' is available for download from this link:

Sometimes the mouse jumping vanishes and I can play for 10-20 minutes without problems. Just now I finished first two missions (the training and the ship) and did not have any mouse problems, but on the Nikolai rescue mission the wild jumping came back. And before that (several days ago) I had mouse movement problems even in training mission and in the ship mission.
I repeat, this happens only with this game. I play all other games (including newest ones like Infinite Warfare itself, Battiefield 1 and Titanfall 2) without any mouse problems at all.

I myself couldn't install these USB3 drivers - for some unknown reason. If my memory is correct, I even had to reinstall Windows 10. So if you want trying installing them - be warned, they can break your OS.
