Bots and leveling up

Hello :).Could somebody please tell me whether or not you can play with bots and level up just like you would in multiplayer?Thanks in advance.

You can play against bots but you can't level up against them and since this game has no dedicated servers..better off playing the original COD4..honestly. Such a shame how dead this is :/
