Can you play vs bots and leveling?

I mean, I'm interested in this game, but I only wanna play vs bots so, can I start with a level 1 character and leveling playing with them?

you set the game as normal or as hard as you want it plus you set how many bots you want.

But, is everything unlocked from the start or maybe do u have to level up like vs players?

I'm also into this for similar interest.

Can I play against bots with other real player too?
Like a co-op game.
