Error: idxgiswapchain::present failed: the gpu device instance has been suspended. use getdeviceremovedreason to determine the appropriate action.
Every time I play the mission ":Shock and Awe" I get this error and my game crashes.

I have tried underclocking my gpu, changing the resolution from 1440 144 hz to 1080 60hz, enabling Ambient occlusion, and reinstalling the game. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I'm have an RTX 2060 and Ryzen 7 2700x.

I’m getting the same error. I’m starting to think Infinity Ward kinda just gave up on it

I got it to work by lowering my resolution to the one of the lowest options, and turning all the graphics settings to low. You can put it back up once you complete the mission you're stuck at!

Turning shader pre load did the trick for me. I strangly started having the issue in the same mission as you. (And more or less the same PC specs as you)

Turning pre-loading shaders off worked for me as well. Thanks XaGoMe
