Achievement not unlocking (anyone else?)

I gathered all the intel and the achievement never popped. I had cheats disabled when collecting them. In the steam achievements section it only registers that I have collected 28/30 when I have collected all 30.
The dog achievement does not track either.
Anyone else having problems with this stuff or just me?

Lots of people are having problems. For me, it took about 50 dogs. You don't have to kill with the knife, just shoot them. Start up "All Ghillied Up" and get alerted by the first enemies you see. Kill the 3 dogs and kill yourself with a grenade. Repeat until the achievement unlocks; will take more than 20 dogs but only a few minutes. If the intel achievement glitched too, you unfortunetaly have to collect them all again and hope for the best. Start a new game or delete your save files by going to C:/Steam/steamapps/common/Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered and delete the folder "player2".

After trying for a while I got the dog achievement.
But I guess I will just have to restart the campaign and collect all the intel again 😩
