Game length?

How long is the story? Is playthroughs really quick or require some time? Or is it one where you can keep playing the same save and get unlimited generated missions and just build up wealth and gear to just keep playing and fighting endgame?

thanks. Ive been hoping for a game like xcom that never ends. The closest I got was a mod for xcom 2 that removes the campaign end after the final mission. And thier is harder matches and continuesly scales up.

Main Story/Standard Play: ~8.8 to 9 hours
Individual Missions: 25 to 40 minutes each
Story Missions: 20 narrative levels.

According to last version of balance, it will take you from 30-35 h. (story speedrun) to 75 h. (build all, hire all, etc.)
