Just got FF11 & I need Content ID Help

Hey guys I just got the game and installed from SE's shop and I cant seem to find a way to obtian the Content ID on thier SE Manager, any Ideas on what to do and where to go?

Most confusing game setup ever. Oo

Anyway, if you wanna play add me here on Steam and I'll give you my handle.

PS I'm pretty happy to finally be able to play this 7-years after it's release. PSO 2 and FF14 Reborn is coming this year. Also I got the game cheaper than steam on SE's webshop for around 12 USD.

hey, weird, im on their site right now checking out FF XI & XIV ARR, but the cheapest i see FF XI is $19.99 USD. They have more expensive versions with expansions etc. Can you tell me how you got it for only $12? The only FF title I see for $12 is FF VII. Thx!

yeah I picked it up on sale during the holidays, I just got around to doing all the install and sign-up today.

The game is also on Amazon and price vaires but I have seen a new copy go for around 12$

nope its not an email thing, Content ID is found only in the Play Online menus as far as I can see...

Log on to https://secure.square-enix.com/account/, create a SE account if you haven't. Log in there, go to Select Service on the left menu, Final Fantasy XI from the list, then PlayOnline Add new Playonline service account. Use the code you got wherever you bought the game to register it. You'll be given a PlayOnline ID and password, use those to log into PlayOnline.

I just found out, a someone at SE.com told me how they are now doing Content ID's . Which obtian through buying at least one character slot.
