This is Hirahara Ayaka in Japanese/Chinese version :

Her stats are 89/72/95/86. Too bad, she is missing in English version and the only way to obtain her by use Japanese/Chinese saves. By that way you can get 4 missing officers and they are working fine ( even got translated ) except no portraits.

how can you done all achievement!!! I stuck with finding all items in game ><... maybe i'm unlucky one but 4 of it never show up for me to buy T^T

What I noticed that some of the items are clan specific like heirloom so you need to conquer those clan to get that specific treasure. Also, the Virtu traits seems to give you some unique treasure that I never seen on shop neither.
