NOBUNAGA'S AMBITION: Sphere of Influence

NOBUNAGA'S AMBITION: Sphere of Influence

Three Grand Tea Caddies
Starting as the Fukushima clan in 1600, Furuta Oribe gives me the mission two aquire 3 legendary tea caddies:

  • First Bloom Caddy
  • New Field Caddy
  • Oak Shrubs Caddy

These all belong to different clans already, how would I go about getting my hands on them?

If someone has something you want, you take it, if they dont hand it over, kill them and rob their corpse.

Basically, if a general has an item u want or need, you either have to execute said general when you capture them, or recruit them and give them another treasure and with generals only able to have 1 at a time, they will trade in the one they already own
So I have to attack the Hideyoshi and Tokugawa clans? Wow.

Or would it work if I lured officers who held them to me?

You could lure them to your side using extract with discontent of 100 then just give them another treasure so they trade in the one they have but to do that, the officers in question would have to be disloyal and in the red as the player can only extract officers with loyalty in the red with 100 disconent but the AI can extract your officers whether they are yellow or red.

So how would you go about making that general go in the red? Otherwise it seems war is the only way.

Actually it doesn't matter if the item is owned by an officer as long as it belongs to your clan, meaning that you either killed the other clan officer or make him your own.

Ya thats true, my bad, forgot it your clan as a whole that has to have them, but ya, ull have to either attack and capture the general or entice him to your side and as for how do u make them red...well..u dont, it is all based on the officers current loyalty compared to what their required loyalty is and if the actual is lower then the officers required it will be red, if it is higher but within a few points it will be yellow and if higher then a certain amount it will be blue. Nothing you can control, it is just based on factors such as how long they served with their ruler which grants a bonus after a certain number of years, if their tenet matches their ruler, if they are currently lord of a castle etc.

I defeated the clan that has the treasure. But the treasure is not in my inventory or equiped by any officer captured. Is the treasure totally lost, or will it appear with the merchant?

It should appear at merchants again. When though ? It's random so you might miss the deadline.
Can I ask how you figured out who has the treasure in the first place?
