There is a story, where Nobunaga's second son(?) helped Kicho to escape Azuchi after hannoji (Mitsuhide was enroute to azuchi to demand Kicho and Oichi's daughters, but was beating by Hideyoshi) and live her life in comfort but isolated until she died.
Something like that.
Also I think the Uesugi quest is kind of similar. After you conquer Toyama and Hirai castle, you must defeat the Hojo first before the Battle of Kawanakajima o_O
How dare you refer to the mother of my future(from the past) wife as a he, GRRR!! :P
wait...... he's a she? xD
You picking a fight? xD For your sake ill just assume it was a typo and ur forgiven :D
Btw one thing ive noticed and makes me wonder who loved who the most. When Azai falls, Oichi lives on and goes back to the Oda with her daughters and Azai begs her to not join him in the afterlife etc, But then when Shibata falls, even tho he asked her not to, he doesnt put up much resistance when she refuses and allows her to follow to the afterlife right after. So does that mean Azai loved her more then Shibata and wanted her to live on and have a happy life? or does that mean she just loved Shibata more and couldnt bear to live without him but was ok living without Azai? hmm
Honestly I am gonna put my bets on Katsuie and O-Ichi being more in love with each other (though we are still talking about a time where love in marriage wasn't excatly a common thing, so that might not mean all that much).
I have never seen that in any record or documentation, only thing ive ever seen on them is Oichi and Nagamasa from 1564-1573 and Oichi and Shibata from 1582-1583 and thats it and with Oichi being the mother of my future wife(when i learn how to time travel and go back and steal her from Hideyoshi) ive checked every bit of documentation ive ever been able to find pertaining to Oichi
Do you have any info about Kicho? heck does she even exist?
Kicho is Nohime aka Lady Noh
I got that info from Samurai Archives (a site I that is usually quite reliable in terms of information), to qoute O-Ichi's biography from the site:
Yup, basically every women from that time has their given birth name plus a nickname which all simply mean Lady whatever (Suwahime is lady Suwa, Tokuhime is lady Toku, Nohime is lady No aka lady of Mino etc.)
