Reguarding modding
Is there any files I can modifiy like troop size crops gold income and such... Im intrested in tinkering with this game if anyone has found out anything id like to know please thanks..

I know about the in game editor but thats not what im looking for...

there is edit-in-game in menu ( with ESC ) , you can edit resources,soldiers,militia of every clan. The editing deactivates historical quests and movies off course...

a mod can be nice on graphic size of units in battle, more soldiers to shows :)

I know about the ingame editor im looking for type of files I can tinker with.. Something where I can bypass restriction increase caps and such..

Looks like all of the game files are packed up in .n14 files and the like, if someone can come up with a tool to un/re-pack these it might be possible, I can't find anything like that with a cursory search though. Probably not possible for now.

Well there is Van's Nobu14Editor, but I don't think that one is compatible with the english version (I think at the moment its not even compatible with the latest patch for the japanese version, though it has been awhile since I last checked it out, so Van could have updated it by now).
