Building Azuchi Castle

Does anyone has details on the requirement for this one ?
I read that Oda needed more than 15 castles to trigger it, and I'm fulfilling that one.
Is it time related (currently 1561) ? Or must Nobunaga be in a specific town ?

It should only happen after Ashikaga Yoshiaki is exiled (after the Anti-Nobunaga Coalition). You probably need to watch and complete the 1st Matsunaga Hisahide's quest and event too. Nobunaga must also return to his base too (not deployed in the field).

Generally events are not time related if you're in the Clan that the event(s) related to. However, other (unknown) conditions must be fulfilled. And generally it's screwed up if you're playing from earlier scenarios, although it doesn't always have to be that way.

I think you're about 10 years early and also you need to wait until deaths of major clans leader for this to trigger.

It finally triggered in 1563 after Nagashino event (and Nobunaga coming back to base)
