Tips on these traits and items (All Done)

Are these items have a time frame or location restrictions?

Small Cherry Armor - Arms - Japan
One Armed Armor - Arms - Japan
Portuguese Glossary - Tome - Europe

Finally got all these items. Small Cherry Armor was the hardest. Had to buy a lot of other Tier 1 items first before this one appeared.

Civil Defender - Ujitsuna Hojo, Hojo leader before Ujiiyasu
Progressive - Nobunaga has it
Fleetfooted - I think Yasumasa Sakakibara from Tokugawa clan has it
Spear Master - Keiji Maeda
Elite Ninja - I think Hanzo Hatori or Kotaro Fuuma have it
Glorious Warrior - Muneshige Tachibana
Western Titan - Yoshimoto Shimazu
Indomitable Spirit - maybe Yukimura? or Kanetsugi Naoe or it could be Yoshitsugu Otani
Or you could create an officer and select a skill that has it ^_^

As for the items I don't know

Thanks for the info, but those characters don't have the traits. I guess recruit don't mean aquire it since I didn't get it. Guess I need to excute the officer to get them.

Edit: I created a new force with new officer alone next to Satomi in 1534, with all those skills, excute him several times to get all of them, while removing the ones I got from the character, since only can get one at a time.

Now those are done, any easy way to get the Shogun Titles?

Also for the Emperor titles, I noticed after I become Shogun, I can ask any of the lower titles, from Lower 8th to Upper 3rd. I was able to get all the ones I missed just by ask, pay, get the rank, reload.

Edit: Playing as Ashikaga, award title, and defeat the force doesn't work here.

Almost all of the traits on your list are unlocked as part of certain growth types. Nobunaga gets Progressive, Muneshige gets Western Titan, Hanzo gets Elite Ninja, Ujitsuna gets Civil Defender, etc. Most characters don't start out with them, though; you have to get their abilities high enough to unlock those traits, which usually are at the end of their growth types. You can train/increase their abilities by having them lead troops, conduct diplomacy/espionage and construct buildings or oversee castles.

Items are random; just buy everything offered and eventually you'll end up with them. As you can only have one copy of an item, it will gradually reduce the roster of available treasures until the merchant offers them to you. Portuguese Glossary can only be bought from Luis de Almedia.

An easy way to get Shogun titles is to stay in good relations with the Shogunate. Ally with them, send them a treasure, keep their trust high and their stance friendly and they'll continually award you with titles. If you're far enough away you'll have to use Distant Diplomacy for it to work.

To get title from the Shogun, play as Takeda clan in 1570 scenario.
You don't need to do anything, just set everything auto.
Skip all months about 3 to 5 years, the Shogun will grant you four titles, 1. Tozama Agent, 2. Council Official, 3. Court Official, and 4. Chief Chancellor.

Thank you very much. I got all of them just within 1 hour of trying for them. Took that long due to the elusive Court Offical.

As for the items. In my present Ondanara campaign, I still haven't seen those 2 Japanese arms. Anyone has any tips? on their location.

I noticed that Official probably is rank 6, since the agents are rank 7 the other 3 are 5 or higher, and the Feat list is listed from higher rank down to lower rank, at least for the Imperial ranks. Good luck on your future runs.

Thanks Delacourt... the only way to get it "Official" title is to conquer the whole Kyushu island by using any Diamyo on that island. i'd never guess that right, thanks.
I got 99% complete this trait feat, only this one left. :D

Oops, forgot that was from that quest. Hopefully you got it. If not try with Otomo in 1560. He got 3 out of 10 cities at start.
