Battle of Okehazama

Hey so loving the game, but im struggling to win the battle of Okehazama as Nobunaga. If i try and charge they run away and shoot all my men before i reach them. Clearly I'm doing something wrong, so any help would be appreciated.

During that battle all I did was find Yoshimoto then told all my units to do a ranged attack on him with triple Shooting on all of them. I won that battle pretty easily.

See i did that aswell but just kept losing, clearly I'm doing something wrong. Going to play as a dif clan for a bit and maybe come back to it. For me the event battle fired in 1552 though which maybe made a difference as i believe the battle in real life was in the 1560's?

game is intese i just started playing recently, chose hojo an wow im at war on all sides lol never a dull moment.
