Station Parts quest bug

It seems I am stuck on it, whilst already having research done already and marv as well.

I received a message about some "cloning vat parts", and landed in the wrong station (not the marked one); Found some sort of tubular upgrades for cloning vats in this "wrong station" that I added to my research queue, then visited the "correct" station and found another upgrade for cloning vats. I already had found marv in another station beforehand and he was waiting in the bar at my home station.

Flew back to home station, did all the research, recruited marv.

For some reason, the quest fior parts now never dissapears from my list, constantly marking the cleared out station. Is this supposed to be as so? Did I miss something? Was my accidental finding of the cloning vat parts on the wrong staion before visiting the marked one messed something up, or should I just ignore it?

You can see marv already recruited, whilst also having quest to recruit marv AND find the cloning vat upgrades (two of which I've completed); Also, I am standing in the coridor next to the logistics room, together with marv. Who's the third person (in logistics room?).
