Report a translation problem
The game did not have enough guides.
No description of weapons and items. Yes, there is damage and others. But it is unclear what kind of damage does this or that weapon. And to assess at a glance is quite difficult.
Yes, there is a wiki.
But it is mainly about the parts. (And it's okay if the game will evolve in the direction of "the Sims") =)

save berfore you board a ship OR a station, that hasa gun platfore static base defence.
if you board have a minum of 200 DTP weapon.
find the one you prefer. for instance the auto shot gun ok if you dotn like aiming while the riffle is great if you don't mind aming. you will fidn yoru prefered one.
armour
shieldon armour is worthless i find as it normaly only 1 or 2 points, while it take 6 seconds to recharge.
I find my self better off with static armour with O2.
regen on armour. need ot test. but it works i none of the followign ways.
A. every second you get that much life back when not i na combate sistuatuion.
B. every X seconds you get a point of life back.
so rgen of 4s is ther 4 poitns per secons or 1 poitn every 4 seconds.
while 1s is one poit per second or 1 point every second. no idea which.
amoure is tenen off each shot before it inficts damage ot you. so low powered shot guns , wmay nto hurt you but wil lahvea higher DTP then yoru wepon?
again not shore how tihs works.

so pick a Runner
put 2 med tech 2 engines at the lower hull they are silver in look not branze.
notice they consume 5 power per second. which produses 12K of thrust. more than enough.
now that 5 power per engin.
so take the silver reactor that has 2 round section lincked. this produces 15 out put over 1 second. that going nto leave 5 power per second over.
if you built it the same wasy as me you can fit the reactor in the gap long ways between the engines, if i hada picture i woudl show you. so if soem oen tells me how to add screen shot i will. the engins are on the 4th squest in. leavign 3 empty, with a gap of 12 squars. the reactor i nquestion is 12 squars long.
the rector has 5.04.... per second. i take this to mean have 6 point of heat sinks minum.
i'vge placed the ive lower it so that the top out put port is level with the top blockign off the second between the rector you can now fit some heat sinks. ther isa lot of values and i simply do nto under stand them as i've nto put he time it do so. add 2 3X3 adna 2X2 level 3 heat sink. they havea blue dot i nthe midleand are all silver looking. link these to the ractor. by makign it one square close you save a pit on conduite pipe.
between the dual reactor out puts fidn the smalest cargo bay it is a coredior wend with boxes. place this next to the reacotr. its 4X4 in size. above this place a single cordore block a 1x4. then a 4 exit coridore block that 4x4 in size. this is becasue you need to add adda capasitor i nthe gap. makign it fit exactly saves space and.... means no condutes are used yet. in mirror mode use two hall wasy conduites and then lik then to the 4 ways hub adn the capaisitors. the ship will then have enough space left for door wasy and a airlock to finish the sides. exit to the engins fit awhat ever stricture you can i've picked the L shaped one. with the short part 2 square at wasy from the reactor top and fittign sngly alogn the engin.
structrue need ot be near the coridor for easyness of repair.
ok now theat done. above the hall wasy condute pair fita cpaitors (i'm using the silver pair. with 6 out puts) next ot this placea second thsi shoudl be sittign over the door and airlock slightly. then build thne 3 up. above the 4 ways hub place an other door. and a life suport unit. this shoudl means that the life suport is conected directly into the capaisitore grid.
above the life suport placea 5X4. the longest coridore section. and above that palce the small brown brdge. WHy?? view range and no exits.ple near the top a nav dot. not a number as this is the only bridge and you can fire all the weapons you will add and still fly the ship.
jsut above the airlock adn 1 square fro mthe capistor adda fixed weapon mount on bothe sides these wil lbe the first 2 of 5 guns. they trouch the out side of the ship adn so in palce will have no armour protection. but that ok as its a small ship that will get blasted any way. two condute shoudl be al lthat needed to directly link these to the capisitors next to them. add a nav dot to each gun, so the nav concil we built can fire them.
above these is a sticky out bit that 5 deep. you cna now fit to side thruster in her. i've picked the brozne ones due to the higher out put. note that the power points are on the side at the back. so place thme on the out side of this 5 deep but. no armorue protection true but.. wiying range of the repaire gun... .if it was to be in game. so not an issue. this placement leavea gap of one square wide. link both thruster to each other adn then both to middle capaitor. this shoudl take 5 sqaures. when piping capaistors if you click the left mouse button over a comonant and then leve i nthe direction of the power point to the location yo uwill leavea sinle track of conduit pip. if you turn within the squars yo ucna make the conduite pip neatly turn. this is importanti nsoem builds as yo udotn one the pip to inter conect and make power paths you never planed for. can save glitch finding and it looks clean and neat.
above wher the thrusters are ther isa 3 sqayr wide gap. oen i nfrom the ship edge directl yaboe the lower fixed mount guns mount the secodn pair of fixed mount guns. the capsitor side port shoudl be level with the fixed gun power point so shoudl need one conduite.
the tree hig condite shoudl be the shame hight as the small bridge. so add on a capasitor. have the side power point touch the inner point this shoud l mean you havea pair of them and they isa gap of 4 between them. i nthe middle fi the final fixed wepon mount and adda conite pipe fro meach side for durabaitly.
directly above the middle out put of the cap you jsut added yo ucna now add a pair of scanner one on eather side of the middle fixed weapon mount. its the smallest one.
above the air locks add a wall of armour about 2 to 3 deep. below the airlocks you can stick to a single sqaure deep.
now to explain the ship.
the guns are normaly two deep. thsi is so that the frist set can hit the sheilds and the second set can hit the ship. or you havea good chance of both gun in the columb hittign the same point if fire strait which you will be doing.
the capistors are al lnear the midle and provide near instante power to wher you need it.
the weakneses. ther is a lot.
highlights thrustes are not protected.
used to meny capsitors for ths ship and so a hit can and wil ldo real damange but the ship si small if the shot get in that fair the ships gone regardless.
armour is very heavy to the frount but paper thin any where else. this is becasue you are in eseans turret. so most damage will be to the frount.
scannersare at the frount wher they can be dmaged. but itsa smal lship and its the only real free palce.
what i'm saying is its a simpel ship that shows you the basics of ship building.
if you remove the structre as the ship duse not need it you cna make space for more thrusters. for instance or more fixed guns.
the idea of this build is to show you how to build a shell that you cna change to suit and help with ideas on what to do. i'l ladd a few screen shots later.

Improvement is always great!
if you hold down shift when you start a new game (thanks to the main dev for that fact), you can load a ship from one of yoru profile's. to do this you need ot board a ship and enter the bridge/cockpit and press "f" then whiel i nths view press "delete" and use the mouse wheel to select the ship you wish ot add.
now say that you build a powerful combate vessile?? if yo udo not neuter it it wil lsimply blow yoru ♥♥♥♥ up.
so the shimple thing to do woudl be ot remove the bridge nav dot?? .... ah then hows do yo uget it to dock?????
so what you have to do is remove the weapon group and nav dots from all weapons. or assine them all to group 4. then when the bridge has the nav dot, it can not fire any of the ship guns. all that firepower not hurting your ship, makes shootitng it ot bits to kill the crew less work.
next remove all armour.... or remove it from key places so that you can do max damage. make killign the crew less work and so save time on captureing it.
finaly if you only link up a single engine and thruster. leave the remainign delibratly unattached.... make the ship unable to move well, but make hsore those are the simple to fix ones, so that you can fix then from inside the ship.
the fow that will be on the ship when it's sporned into your game, can bearly move and can not fire anytihng,. which is a simpel to fix in the logistic screen, as you need the a few conduit, the nav/weapon group for the weapons and may be some armour if you removed it. all thigns that you get as defualt.
alternativly. sick a bridge you have unlocked, coridore you have unlocked, a thruster you have avalable, aswel ladn a reactor and engine. leave the ship empity bar this lot and sporn that insted. you can now capture it, clear it off as you unlock it fora blank ship.
if you do this with a sugested max of 3 ships. pick you fave type, the names are for reffernce and a guide only, you dotn have to these if you feel not so inclined.
a small ship such as a dragon fly size.
a glave sized ship
and a bigger ship. you have all the options you need for a rapid fast start to the game.
but lets be honest. if you feel liek it why not do it to 100?? or just one.

if you havea game yo udo nto wnat to leave, yet havea lot of unlocks that take 6 minuites or more.
use the debug tool.
that system wil lbe unlocked in seconds rather then minutes. this seam to work on all saves...
most shots from an AI ship will normaly fire at the pilot which normaly means down the center of the ship.
though the AI has goten a wee bit more advance of late...
any how. this neacl that the middle of the fire arc need the most armour. whiel the sides of the fire arc need the least.
so the middle portion of the frount of the hsip need 2X the armour of the corner of the frount, as most shots will hit the middle due to that being the center of mass.
you can see it some times as a cone.
if your ship froudn was flat.
the center of that flat line would have say 10 armore the 3 lines to the side need 10, the reas only need say?? 5. so your bridge beign i nthe middle has the best armour as.. that wher the most shots will land. but as the AI no wil lfire at the shortest path to your sprite..... you coudl say whern ever you build yoru bridge need the best armour and every wher else not so much.
