Confused about the microtransaction thing... If you mean the Bit upgrades, you earn more of by completing the levels. It doesn't cost real money, no worries.
This game would be impossible to run and play on a mobile device, it has fairly complicated controls and would be very demanding on the graphics end. I have yet to find any need to buy in game bits, you earn plenty by playing the game, that's just in there as a shortcut.
Ultimately though, no one will convince you why you should pay $20 on this, you've clearly made up your mind from the original post. So, what was the point? I guess you just want to argue.
To the game's credit, it does offer a nice selection of hand-built levels for both the on-foot and light cycle modes in addition to the "infinite" stream mode, so you're getting more content than most mobile auto-runners. The visuals are also a nice step up from most mobile fare.
The quality itself, in both design and soundtrack, is worth much more than a mobile game. In the end, your purchase is up to you, regardless of the amount of negativity you wish to spread about it. Cheers.
