Can not get Broken world fix to work
Instructions:
On the download link look on the right corner of the screen and select download everything as a zip file.
After downloading open the Dungeon Siege II (Broken World) Fix.
Copy everything inside that folder to your Dungeon Siege installation folder.
Copy the reg-patch to your installation folder.
Install the registry fix as Administrator by right-clicking on the fix and then click Run as Administrator.

I have the file both zipped and unzipped (not mentioned in the instructions). I have copied the fix file to the DS2 folder (I don't have a specific file labelled installation folder). The reg-patch file is copied when I do this or is there another file I need somewhere named reg-patch? When you say install as admin by right clicking on the fix I assume you mean the reg-patch, am I wrong?

Please help, I am using Windows 7 ultimate if that changes some things.

Here are some corrected instructions:

On the download link, look at the right side of the screen and select "Download all as ZIP".
After it's done downloading, open the ZIP archive and look for a folder named "Broken World Killah Fix".
Copy the CONTENT of this folder (and not the folder itself) to your Dungeon Siege 2 installation directory and overwrite all files when prompted.
Run "Reg Patch DSII.bat" from your Dungeon Siege 2 installation directory and select option 1.

Thank you, with this I was able to get it working. I had copied just the content before but did not run the reg patch file as admin when I did it. I imagine some people, especially us with older computers have a lot of trouble with such thing's from time to time.

I swear the first time I did exactly what you said, even running reg patch and it just didnt load at all, after reading yo comment and doing it again it actually worked 0-0. Its like magic!. Also it says there are two maps? Am I supposed to do DS2 map first and then broken world or broken world map also has same map as original DS2?

Also apperently theres DS1 map mod for DS2, do you know how to download it? Should I download it to vanilla DS2 or can I download DS1 map on my DS2 broken world game?

You have to play the original campaign in order to play Broken World, as its weakest enemies are at level 39, just one below the final boss of the base game. It takes place in the same world, but it's an entirely different map, barring one optional area that's just copy and pasted from the base game. The game prevents you from just hopping into it without beating the base game. However, you CAN download a mod that allows you to skip that requirement, but I wouldn't recommend starting fresh because the difficulty curve scales much quicker due to the much shorter runtime; that and you'll miss out on all of the Chants, Set and Unique items that are only obtainable in said base campaign.

It's called the Legendary Mod, and, as far as I can tell, it works on either version of the game. Be aware that I'm pretty sure the mod's ported campaigns use a level scaling system by default (you can turn it off) and that the mechanical differences between the first and second games makes it an inherently different experience than just playing the first Dungeon Siege, so it doesn't make for a good substitute for experiencing the original games as intended, warts and all.
