Request - Skill reset mod.

I've downloaded and ran the legendary mod which includes the most
basic respec feature which lets you reset all skillpoints applied.
But what this game REALLY needs is a complete skill-reset of
any character that it's used on. This is needed because if a player wants
to run a "pure" team with all members using the same "build",
most characters are already trained in other areas, like melee or ranged.

And it gets even worse when playing on Elite where all the companions
are 40+ which means that if the player wants to run a pure melee group,
the majority of the team will not be able to reach high skill in any other
group because all characters are topped at 100 skillpoints ..

Can we please get a complete skill-reset mod or feature ?
