Dungeon siege 2 Deluxe edition - What DRM did they use back in the days?

As the title says i want to know what kind of DRM was shipped with the discs back in the days, because i got the DS2 Deluxe edition retail with patch 2.2 and broken world. I want to back up my CDS as iso image to virtually mount them and preserve my old game CD's.

I can burn all CD"s without problems but the first CD has 1 unreadable sector which contains 1 file called 00002.tmp with a size of 46kb. I would assume that they used securom back in the days but i am not entirely sure. I really hope the CD is not broken, but installing the game does just work fine and playing it aswell...

and before you come and blame me for being a pirate... guys, the game costs like 7€ and is incomplete, is not patched AND misses the expansion pack... i would buy it if they would care about quality. Look at my steam library... You can easily tell that I might be able to just buy it...
