You cannot enable it steam blocked it so no one plays this game online with others(Friends, family etc.).
However there are guides about this issue you may have a look at them but I don't think it will help too.

I can't play it multiplayer either for two reasons:
1-Nobody to play
2-Blocked
But I think if you find a latest version crack maybe you can play that is what said on guides. As I understand. Try to have a look at guides.

how many play dungeon siege 1? Can that be enabled? I don't know how to hotkey spells in ds2 so I don't like it.

As far as Dungeon Siege 1 goes, ZoneMatch isn't available anymore, so the only way you can play is through Internet or LAN. As such, I don't think a whole lot of people play since there's no dedicated matchmaking service available anymore. If you want to play DS1 with others, your best bet would be either getting some friends together, or go looking for a group to play with, maybe on Reddit or something.

Also, as far as spell hotkeys for DS2, if you mean cycling between your weapon and 3 spells, you can do that. By default it's set to F7-F12, and CTRL+F7-F12 to set them. You can change these controls though. Basically how it works is when you do CTRL+F7/8/9 whatever, it saves the currently selected weapon/spell to the corresponding key. So for example if you select your second spell slot and Ctrl F7, pressing F7 from then on will select your second spell slot.

Again, you can change these controls. They just take a little more setup than DS1, for some reason.
