Favourite ship

Ok, was just wondering what everyone's fave ship is?

I have played this game on pretty much every platform since the Commodore C64, and always one of my fave ships has been the Sloop.....
Fast, agile and packs enough of a punch to take down most of the larger more lumbering warships.

I DO like the Large Frigate from this version, and usually keep Henry Morgans ship for quite a while, but it usually ends up being sold after a few divisions of plunder, and a Royal Sloop kept as my Flag.

I also prefer the Sloop at the beginning and later the Large Frigate.

Large Frigate, 3rd ship I fought was Henry Morgan and I have been sailin his sweet, pimped, set-o-sails ever since.

Usually bring a Treasure Ship or Indiamen with me to actually carry stuff.

Sloop. It's very OP when max pimped, it can sink anything! If the game still were in development im sure it would be the first ship to get nerfed :P

i use the brig untill i find henry morgan, then i just take his amazing ship, i usually have a ship with alot of load space to carry stuff like the india ships

Brig series. Not has fast as a sloop or a frigate, but has superior sailing ability to both.

Rock your first sloop, until you find a royal sloop...

Then, your set... untill you can snag a Ship of line...

Any trade ship can carry stuff (but treasure gallons > anything)

Im not hardcore enough to rock the indian war canoe. (except when i lose my royal...)

Yea just played a game with a War Canoe. It was so easy to dodge everything. The only downside is the amount of storage.

I prefer the Ship of the line, but withstanding that I use the sloop. (Pimped out whenever possible)
