Other open world games where you can get married

I really like open world games where there is no story line. I also like pirates because you can married but once you are married the isn't anything to do with your that you can't do with any other governor's daughter.
Are there any other open world games where you can get married. If yes then what are the best ones

In Skyrim, can a female player character marry a male non-player character without a mod? And if so, does the husband cook and run a store?

I haven't used a marriage mod in awhile, but female characters can marry male characters and yes, their husband does run a store and cooks without the need for modding.

I'm not sure if Sims 3 is defined as an open world game, but you can get married and have kids there and with nifty little mods you can remove censorship and get them naked too. I've read you can have lots of illicit love affairs (chose character personality to be flirty and such) and having 10 partsners as a life goal but I haven't tried playing the game that way. Just normal stuff, next is to play it as a supervillain hehe.
When you think of it, it is odd that kids aren't a part of Pirates! and yes, the stuff post marriage is lame. In the old game (1994) you could marry a merchant's daughter and spend a night with bar maids and have a useful little network of bar maids to help you along.
