TBH I could never finish DS2 or 3. The first game got it right. And I even liked the gameplay changes in 2. But the story was so blah. I loved the first one, from the humble start to the flirting with ancient tech-using civilization. If they could remake 1 using some of the QoL of 2 (especially some respawns to help gain levels), I would much prefer that.

hey, just getting back into playing again. I can't believe how immersive this game is. Been playing a lot of Baldur's Gate. Any suggestions for mods or how we can play multiplayer?

Despite ds1 having its flaws
I like ds1 more than 2 & 3
Excellent multiplayer map, memorable boss and Chicken Run event
I think we need a miracle to have an official remaster
