I am trying to get the game to run in 3440 x 1440.
I have followed the guide https://www.wsgf.org/dr/dungeon-siege and did the following steps

Ultra/Super-Wide (21:9/32:9) Specific Solution & Issues

1.Use dgVoodoo2 to fix resolution crashing - see Additional Screenshots Voodoo Config
2.Go to --> %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Dungeon Siege LOA\DungeonSiege.ini and add this Lines:
width = 3440
height = 1440
bpp = 32

3.Hex edit the FOV in DungeonSiege.exe look for 00 00 F0 41 00 00 70 42 and change too 00 00 F0 41 00 00 F0 42

After doing the above steps, if I attempt to run the game, I can access the menus and create a character but as soon as I start the game I get the Windows Error sound and the game stops responding.

If I set Fullscreen=False in Steam properties I can run the game in windowed mode, but it stutters and lags and doesn't offer a smooth experience.

Anyone experienced with getting Dungeon Siege working in 3440 x 1440p please message me so I can get some help. Thank you for your time.

DGvoodoo settings were not correct
