- Turn OFF or ON the HUD and inventory (not 100% sure for the inventory) ...
To use DungeonSiege2Mod.exe: you must to have original CD (or DVD). And very hard to use it with Windows 8 or/and Windows 10 (but it's not impossible)
With Dungeon Siege 1 + LOA: DSLOAMod.exe or DSMod.exe (Dungeon Siege Tool Kit). So for this game and tool: only one command:
bool gui [toggle the gui (Graphical User Interface) (default gui on)]
Again you must to have original CD
Works perfectly with my Windows 8.1 64 bits
But I wanted to bind those to a single toggling hotkey like an OFF/ON button, or one, single keystroke.
THE QUEST FOR A COMMAND-LINE ARGUMENT AND ITS SYNTAX ACROSS YON LAND OF CYBERSPACE begins!...
Aw, great! Not as good as the other Quests in the game, yaaah! As if I didn't have enough of those already! Perhaps if the answer was rather easier to find, hmm....
And yes: just do that:
A screenshot can be taken by hitting the "Print Screen" button. Holding down "shift" while pressing "Print Screen" will take a screenshot free of user interface elements. The screenshots will be saved to the hard drive and a message will appear to indicate that the screenshot has been successfully saved.
If not sorry (again).
Note: Command: -GUI: mouse don't work for me ...
Help: http://ds.heavengames.com/faq/official/game_mechanics.html
That's very odd. That switches the HUD OFF. It works, no problem in my copy of the game from Steam, neither OFF (-) nor ON (+), no problem except having to type all that into the console, instead of pressing a toggle-button on the keyboard whilest playing the game.
But I don't know why that's not working in your copy of the game. ???
I'll have a look, thanks for the link, man hehehehehe
Try these with current.gas:
1) add_gui
2) bool_gui
3) exec [commandname] ??? : execute the existing command by name
Like : Ditto, Clipboard, Clipclip, Clipboard Master, Clipboard Fusion, etc, etc
For Ditto :
CRTL + Q = +DRDEATH
CTRL + W = +CHECKSINTHEMAIL
CTRL + A = +SIXDEMONBAG
CTRL + S = +FAERTEHBADGAR
CTRL + Z = +GUI
CTRL + X = -GUI
All "keyboard shortcuts" work perfectly - For Ditto: 10 max!
Of course you must open console with ENTER and close it again with ENTER
No escape ... and forget current.gas ...
