Cursor glitches in windowed mode

I know there are topics for this already, but I have absolutely no clue whatsoever what any of this terminology means. I am not tech savvy and I don't know how to get it to run with reduced colours or whatever. I have a shortcut on my desktop but there aren't any options like what is described in other help topics for Windows 10...or if there are, I don't know where to look.

Could someone please explain to me - as simply as possible - how to fix the screen tearing/glitches for this in Windowed Mode using Windows 10? Thank you in advance for your patience ^^
