Obscure quest issues

:SPOILERS:
Some of the quests in this game are frustratingly obscure as far as the text and requirements are concerned. So far I’ve managed to complete most that I’ve come across, several requiring a lot of back and forth until the objectives actually completed.

Currently stuck on “Shock Tactics – Jack’s Eyes” where you have to place these 3 items in 3 separate locations. Literally it says “In” for two of them and “outside” for the third. I’ve gone back and forth placing them in different spots and warping back to the quest giver and have yet to get it to complete.

Very frustrating when you’re trying to progress in the game and you know what and where you’re support to do something and it simply won’t let you complete it…

For those, I put the evil eye items WITHIN each of the structure -- in the Conspicuous Outpost: inside the small room; Taxaxinax: in the building; and the main city (which changes names): INSIDE the central chamber (the one with the ruling NPCs inside).

I will agree with obscurity though.... I have one early quest STILL unfinished because it is: "Find x person SOMEWHERE in the Bawg"... after 4-5 hours of doing other quests, etc., it still has not appeared :-( It's the "Threshed" quest.

I have that same quest as well haha... Still ;)

As for your suggestion, I'll go and try it again but I know I tried INSIDE all 3 locations/buildings and outside in combinations of each of them.

Eyyy, PerfectXtreme! We hand-wrote all the quests, so there's definitely room for improvement on clarity for some of them. If you have any more examples, we'll get on making them more understandable ASAP!

One thing to note -- the quest only completed for me when I went back to the original guy. (It didn't say "Finished" on the quest list, and the circles on the map were still there).

Oh, and in my world the Conspicuous Outpost was VERY close to another small building. Make sure you have the right one. (The correct one has closed doors and a chest inside).

That's what it was! Two buildings almost on the same screen and I didn't notice the 2nd one.
