[BUG] (Maybe) Incompletable Quest

So I'm in the Bawg and I'm doing a quest from Grandmammy in Grandmammapol, and I'm at the part where you need the fish food and I can't craft it even though I got the recipie and I have two ideas on why:
-I got the recipie before I got the jackweaver (unless I'm having a MAJOR derp and It's not for the jackweaver)
-I talked to the Grandmammy by the Savannaporter, not the one in Grandmammapol.
Please fix this, maybe by adding the abilty to talk to them and get the recipie again.

you need a centrifuge to craft the fish food. you dont get the recipe for it for quite some time as it is second to last workstation of the bawg
