Hewgo Destroyed my Demon Skin for the Demon Feet quest. Am I screwed?

So....Hewgo randomly appears to destroy stuff you farm. He appeared during my Demon Feet Mission and killed the creature that drops it that randomly appears from the Geysirs. I was very sad. I've been looking for another for days now. I can't seem to get another one to spawn. Am I screwed?

I think I had the same issue. I have destroyed thousands of geysirs and no luck in the demon.

sucks for you cuz you wont be able to finish the quest, but if it makes you feel any better, in the endgame tundra you can craft a full legendary armor set.

Please tell me they are going to patch something in that allows me to finish this quest... I mean it would be one thing if it happened in the beginning maybe even the middle....But it's all the way in one of the last places...the tundra. I mean please...If you're reading this based dev's. Please help...please....

Special items, or one time drops should not be destroyable. Period.

Wow, having read this, I'm going to take extra care with all my future rare items to ensure I get them before Hewgo can pop up and ruin them. Usually I'm close enough to the thing I want to harvest that Hewgo can't laser it before I already got it, but that's really scary that you can lose a quest item cuz of that jerk.
